What counts as a mid-term stay?
Many guests use the term for furnished stays of roughly one to several months. Kutzky Duplex accepts stays from three nights and applies the 30-night rate to each complete 30-night block.
Are utilities and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Gas, electricity, water and sewer, trash service, and Wi-Fi are included, along with access to shared laundry. Personal phone or separately ordered services are not included.
Is there space to work or study?
Yes. Both furnished units include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, plus separate living and sleeping areas for a more sustainable longer stay.
Can two coworkers share a home?
Each home has two queen bedrooms and sleeps up to four approved guests. Include every adult guest’s legal name in the inquiry so occupancy can be reviewed before confirmation.
Will I receive a rental agreement?
Yes. The inquiry form creates an owner-review agreement draft using your dates, guest information, and estimate. Mark confirms the final agreement and payment details before the stay becomes binding.
How is availability kept current?
The website displays blocked dates from each unit’s Airbnb calendar. Calendar updates can lag, so dates remain subject to Mark’s confirmation and are not held by submitting an inquiry.
